About the role#
Support the marketing team at Amber in creating and coordinating content, campaigns, community initiatives, and internal communications. This role focuses on strengthening the company brand as a global video game development partner and employer. You will work on tasks that reflect the company culture of teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do#
- Assist with planning, drafting, and publishing content for LinkedIn, social media, newsletters, and internal channels.
- Maintain the content calendar, campaign tracker, asset library, and approval workflow.
- Research gaming industry trends, competitor activity, relevant events, and content opportunities.
- Coordinate deliverables with internal teams, including People Ops, Studio Management, and production teams.
- Collect and organize campaign performance data, such as reach, engagement, clicks, and audience growth.
- Support the development of presentations, briefs, case studies, employer-branding materials, and marketing reports.
- Help execute community activities, studio events, and recruiting campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, Media, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Interest in video games, technology, digital communities, and creative industries.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, Canva, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and work collaboratively with international teams.
- Basic knowledge of analytics, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, video editing, or CRM tools is a plus.
