Alpha FMC Grad Analyst (2027)

About the role#

The Alpha FMC Grad Analyst program is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for students to begin a career in financial services consulting. Analysts participate in a structured first-year development journey that includes onboarding, shadowing experienced consultants, and contributing to live client engagements. This role offers exposure to strategy, operations, technology, and organizational transformation within the investment management industry.

What you'll do#

• Analyze data and conduct industry research to support client projects.
• Participate in client workshops and assist in developing recommendations to solve complex business challenges.
• Gather business requirements and support enterprise-level system implementations.
• Assist in the optimization of technology ecosystems, including building reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to deliver value across asset management, wealth management, and alternative investment sectors.

What you'll need#

• Current undergraduate or non-MBA master's student graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Political Science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Legal right to work in Canada without the need for current or future sponsorship.

• Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• Work Modality: On-site (with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in-office).
