Alpha FMC Grad Analyst (2027)

About the role#

The Alpha FMC Graduate Analyst Program is a full-time opportunity for undergraduate and non-MBA master's students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027. This role is designed to build the foundational skills, professional relationships, and industry experience necessary for a career in consulting. You will join a project team and contribute to client work while benefiting from a structured development journey that includes mentorship, cohort learning, and ongoing feedback.

What you'll do#

• Analyze data and conduct industry research to support client engagements.
• Build presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Participate in client workshops and meetings.
• Help develop recommendations to solve complex business, operational, and technology challenges.
• Contribute to client work as part of a collaborative project team.

What you'll need#

• A genuine interest in financial services, consulting, and helping clients solve complex business challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience through academic, professional, extracurricular, or volunteer pursuits.
• Ability to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Political Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Psychology.
