About the role#
Allianz Technology of America is seeking a part-time People & Culture Intern for the 2026/2027 academic year. This role provides hands-on experience in human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and learning and development, within a global financial services environment.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to support core HR functions and initiatives.
- Assist in recruitment tasks, such as managing job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
- Support the planning and execution of training sessions and workshops for employee development.
- Contribute to projects focused on enhancing company culture and promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Leverage AI tools to develop solutions for internal technology needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited four-year degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and a passion for fostering an inclusive, welcoming workplace.
- Prior internship or work-study experience is preferred, with a preference for rising juniors and seniors.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, part-time internship at $23 per hour.
- The role operates on a hybrid work model.
- You must be able to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN, for 1-2 days per week.
- The term runs from October 2026 through May 2027, with an average of 20 hours per week.
