The Distribution Center Recruiting Internship provides exposure to Human Resources and Supply Chain operations at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time position runs from August through November 2026, requiring a 20-hour weekly commitment with flexible scheduling options.
What you'll do#
- Source, schedule, and place candidates for seasonal distribution center openings.
- Facilitate new hire orientations and assist candidates with online paperwork.
- Greet and assist visitors, associates, and callers, ensuring a professional and inviting experience.
- Manage the interview process, including reviewing applications and conducting interviews.
- Onboard new hires using internal systems and maintain accurate associate files.
- Troubleshoot payroll and benefit questions for associates.
- Attend local job fairs and recruiting events.
- Identify and report critical HR issues to HR Business Partners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, with a preference for majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A passion for customer service and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to speak in front of groups.
- Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

- Location: Columbus, Ohio (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026 (August – November).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
