About the role#

The Leadership Development Program is designed to prepare participants for future leadership roles within the company. This program provides exposure to senior leadership through a combination of classroom sessions, on-the-job training, and mentorship. It is an entrepreneurial initiative that offers a structured environment for professional growth.

What you'll do#

Participants will gain experience across various departments, including Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, Finance & Accounting, Digital & Technology, Supply Chain, and Visual Merchandising. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the strategy for millions of dollars of product daily.
• Shaping the financial strategy behind product lines.
• Gaining exposure to multiple disciplines within corporate finance and accounting.
• Generating and implementing new strategic or systematic approaches.
• Supporting the global logistics network.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s Degree or junior status working towards a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Ability to thrive in team-based settings.
• Passion for the A&F brands and the role.
