ZF Group is seeking an Operations Intern to join the Operations and Quality Management Department in Miramar, Florida. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics.
What you'll do#
- Manage the internal auditor accreditation process for systems and process auditors, including maintaining logs and issuing credentials.
- Assist in the development of quality-related e-learning training materials using tools such as PowerPoint and Articulate 360.
- Provide project support to the Quality Management Excellence (QME) team.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports within the Power BI platform.
- Execute assigned tasks by following specific operational instructions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Navision is preferred.
