    About the role#

    As a Strategy Intern at Yesway, you will support the company's growth and investment efforts. This role involves conducting research and analysis to inform high-level decision-making processes across the organization.

    What you'll do#

    • Research and evaluate new investment opportunities.
    • Analyze macroeconomic factors, organizational capabilities, and strategic risks for new projects.
    • Evaluate the efficiency of various strategic initiatives.
    • Assist department heads with project-specific financial and operational projections.
    • Present research and strategic recommendations to the investment committee and senior executives.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
    • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

    Founded in 2015 and based in Fort Worth, Texas, Yesway is a privately held retail company operating 435 convenience stores and gas stations across nine states. The organization includes the Allsup’s Convenience Stores chain and employs between 1,001 and 5,000 people. The company focuses on providing fuel, food service, and various retail products within its facilities. Future plans include expanding the store portfolio to more than 500 locations throughout selected regions of the United States.
