Vivrelle 2026 Fall Internship (Sept - Dec)

About the role#

Vivrelle is seeking interns for the Fall 2026 term to support our growing member community. This role provides exposure to sales, logistics, social media, and customer service competencies while working within our showroom, marketing, or operations teams.

What you'll do#

• Maintain the packaging room and showroom by organizing and tidying workspaces.
• Support packaging needs by assisting in the preparation of orders.
• Gain hands-on experience in packaging procedures and quality control measures.
• Aid in the upkeep of the showroom to support presentation and customer experience.
• Assist in monitoring and organizing inventory levels, including arranging items in designated locations.
• Observe operational processes to identify improvements in packaging, organization, and inventory management.
• Manage administrative tasks for the marketing team and provide general office assistance.
• Create content for social media pages.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as an undergraduate student.
• Ability to maintain a set schedule of 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-focused mindset.
• A positive attitude and willingness to tackle challenges.
