About the role#
The RFP Intern will support the US Intermediary & Retirement RFP team by preparing accurate and compelling responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). This role focuses on soliciting new business while maintaining corporate branding standards.
What you'll do#
- Write and edit accurate, relevant content for RFPs and related questionnaires.
- Assist in drafting new and complex RFP responses.
- Collaborate with internal and external groups to gather and process information.
- Manage data requests from internal and external clients.
- Complete quarterly requests for retail partners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or higher degree program with a major in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A detail-oriented approach and the ability to work as a self-starter.
