Vatic Outsourcing is seeking an intern for the Telecom Management Solutions team. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in the telecommunications industry and develop professional customer service skills. Successful interns may have the potential to transition into a full-time position within the firm.
What you'll do#
- Communicate with telecom carriers via phone, email, and online portals to manage changes, contracts, payments, and invoices.
- Manage and update support tickets to completion with a focus on accuracy.
- Assist the Project Management team with the onboarding process for new clients.
- Support the Facilities and HR departments with various administrative tasks.
- Attend client meetings with full-time representatives to understand business operations and company objectives.
- Engage in mentorship with full-time staff to explore career paths within the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, specifically in Business Administration, Communications, Public Health, or Human Resources.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 24 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility based on your academic commitments.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong multi-tasking skills to handle numerous projects simultaneously.
- Comfort communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Ability to pass a background check.
