Legal Intern

About the role#

Validity is seeking an enrolled law school student to join the legal team. This internship provides exposure to in-house counsel operations within the SaaS industry, supporting sales, account teams, and other key stakeholders. You will assist in managing contracts, supporting internal privacy initiatives, and contributing to the development of legal technology tools.

What you'll do#

• Draft and review agreements with SaaS customers and business development partners.
• Assist with internal privacy efforts and projects.
• Contribute to the building and integration of legal technology tools.
• Manage daily case administration and support the legal department’s case docket.
• Stay informed on relevant legal, privacy, and SaaS industry developments.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited law school, preferably as a second or third-year student.
• Understanding of agreements and contract clauses.
• Strong service ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Interest in or familiarity with technology, particularly AI.
• Ability to meet daily deadlines in a changing business environment.

Location & details#

• Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Financial District).
• Modality: Hybrid, requiring 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the office.
• Term: Summer 2026 and Fall 2026.
• Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour.
• Status: Full-time internship.
