About the role#
The People Analytics Intern role provides hands-on experience at the intersection of human resources and data analysis. You will work with the People team to collect, analyze, and present workforce data that informs organizational strategy. This position is designed for individuals interested in how data insights drive decision-making and offers practical experience with Human Capital Management systems.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models using Workday and other analytical tools.
- Gather, clean, and organize datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze workforce trends, such as turnover, headcount, and engagement, and present findings in visual formats.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to support organizational leaders.
- Research industry best practices in People analytics and suggest process improvements.
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional discussions to learn how data supports business strategy.
- Document data processes and assist with ad hoc data requests.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with specific experience in Excel.
- Experience using statistical software and data visualization tools.
- Technical skills in R, Tableau, and Human Capital Management platforms (Workday experience is preferred).
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain integrity when handling confidential information.

- This is a remote, full-time, paid internship.
