About the role#
The Student Ambassador Coordinator supports the Enrolment Management and Recruitment department by ensuring the student voice is represented across recruitment activities. This is a temporary, full-time position currently scheduled until May 1, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support and monitor Student Ambassadors and volunteers.
- Coordinate the activities of Student Recruitment Ambassadors as they host campus visitors and manage programming.
- Assist with both virtual and in-person campus events.
- Conduct call campaigns to prospective students.
- Facilitate student-to-student communication through blogs, chat tools, and CRM systems.
What you'll need#
- Two years of experience in a university environment, including at least one year coordinating student staff or volunteers.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage audiences in person and virtually.
- Demonstrated relationship management and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online engagement platforms such as Zoom and Go2 Webinar.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining knowledge-based article systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including regular Saturday tours.
- Commitment to principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion when working with diverse populations.
- Fluency in a second language, preferably French, is considered an asset.

- Location: Windsor, Ontario.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
