About the role#

The Marketing Partnership Coordinator (Co-Op) supports the execution and organization of cooperative marketing initiatives at Ultimate Jet Vacations. This role involves daily collaboration with the Marketing & Partner Relations Manager to ensure all marketing activities are documented, organized, and delivered effectively. This is a full-time, paid remote position for early-career professionals.

What you'll do#

• Act as the primary point of contact for gathering deliverables, marketing materials, and promotional details from hotel partners.
• Support the pitch process by preparing marketing plans, pitch decks, and performance summaries for prospective partners.
• Maintain and update internal project management tools, including Asana, Canva, and Paperform, to keep campaigns on track.
• Compile and generate comprehensive post-campaign reports for partners, documenting reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Assist in the coordination of company events and on-site marketing activations.
• Audit incoming promotions to ensure they meet internal criteria and manage cooperative contracts and digital files.

What you'll need#

• Early career professional with an interest in luxury travel and marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort managing repetitive tasks and structured workflows.
• Ability to work independently while following direction from leadership.
• Pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Public Health.
• Some familiarity with luxury hotels, marketing, or the travel industry is a plus.
