About the role#
The Marketing Intern for Sales Enablement will focus on organizing, optimizing, and expanding the sales enablement content library within Seismic. This position involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and product management teams to ensure that sales resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with company goals.
What you'll do#
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing content in Seismic to review documents for accuracy and relevance.
- Apply accurate tags and metadata to all content to ensure documents surface correctly in search results.
- Organize content into logical Seismic Collections based on product lines, content types, and buyer stages.
- Document findings from a gap assessment and present actionable recommendations to the marketing and sales enablement teams.
- Support the upload and formatting of new content to ensure it meets best practices.
- Partner with product managers to verify the technical accuracy of materials.
- Gather feedback from the sales team to identify content needs and usage patterns.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled college student or a recent college graduate.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Genuine interest in sales enablement or B2B marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

- This is a full-time, on-site role based in South San Francisco, California.
