As a Student Finance Coordinator, you will serve as a primary point of contact for students and their families as they navigate the financial aspects of their education. This role involves managing tuition planning and ensuring applicants have the support needed to complete their financial aid requirements.
What you'll do#
- Meet with students and families to walk through tuition planning.
- Guide individuals through FAFSA, MPN, and other financial aid documentation.
- Provide clear, accurate information and support through both in-person and virtual interactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current financial aid regulations and school policies.
- Collaborate with Admissions and Financial Services teams to facilitate the enrollment process.
- Manage applicant progress through personalized guidance and follow-up communication.
What you'll need#
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial aid, customer service, or banking.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing helpful, high-quality support.
