About the role#
The Clinical Student Coordinator manages clinical student placements at TrueCare. This role ensures all rotations meet regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards. You will act as the primary liaison between academic institutions, students, preceptors, and internal teams to facilitate a high-quality clinical education experience.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate the placement process for clinical students.
- Manage the full lifecycle of student rotations, including onboarding, offboarding, credentialing, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Ensure all regulatory and organizational requirements are met before and during rotations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Provide ongoing support to students and preceptors, escalating issues to the Senior Director when necessary.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least three years of experience in administrative support or credentialing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage complex scheduling and compliance tasks.

- Pay Range: $25.30 to $35.42 per hour.
