Construction Management / Operations Co-op - Fall 2026

About the role#

Construction Management and Operations Co-ops gain experience across various project sites and corporate office functions. This role focuses on developing technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills while contributing to real-world construction projects.

What you'll do#

Co-ops assist project teams with daily operations, including:

• Assisting with building layout and surveying tasks.
• Processing submittals and maintaining document control.
• Expediting the delivery of materials and equipment.
• Coordinating subcontractors and the onsite workforce.
• Monitoring project safety and quality standards.
• Supporting project controls and other engineering-related tasks.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree program for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven technical and problem-solving abilities.
