About the role#
Construction Management and Operations Co-ops gain experience across various project sites and corporate office functions. This role focuses on developing technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills while contributing to real-world construction projects.
What you'll do#
Co-ops assist project teams with daily operations, including:
- Assisting with building layout and surveying tasks.
- Processing submittals and maintaining document control.
- Expediting the delivery of materials and equipment.
- Coordinating subcontractors and the onsite workforce.
- Monitoring project safety and quality standards.
- Supporting project controls and other engineering-related tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven technical and problem-solving abilities.
