What you'll do#
Interns participate in wine production and management through roles in grower relations, laboratory, cellar, viticulture, enology, or business management. You will engage in hands-on learning and development while contributing to the company culture at various production sites.

- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to work at multiple winery locations across California.
