About the role#
As a Strategy & Services Intern, you will be embedded in active client engagements at Transparent Partners. You will work across strategy, measurement, data, and marketing technology to help clients understand how their marketing data is utilized, identify operational gaps, and explore the practical application of AI. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Conduct current-state research and assessments regarding how clients use data, marketing technology, and operational processes.
- Document workflows, decision-making structures, and process gaps through stakeholder interviews and artifact review.
- Distill findings from discovery, interviews, client documents, and platform audits into organized themes and actionable insights.
- Support the development of client-facing deliverables, including presentations, project roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct industry and competitive research to build an understanding of relevant markets, tools, and trends.
- Assist in building gap analyses to identify opportunities and outline recommended paths forward.
- Contribute to measurement and analytics work, including data strategy assessments and the evaluation of marketing technology ecosystems.
- Integrate AI tools into daily tasks to evaluate their practical value, document findings, and contribute to the development of AI-enabled approaches for client work.
What you'll need#
- Rising senior status pursuing a degree in marketing, business, data, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to turn complex or messy inputs into clear, organized outputs.
- Proactive and accountable approach, with the ability to follow through on tasks independently.
- Critical thinking skills, including the ability to make reasonable assumptions when information is incomplete and the curiosity to investigate how and why systems work.
- Collaborative mindset, willing to contribute original thinking to team discussions.
- Previous exposure to consulting, client services, analytics, or marketing through coursework or project work is preferred but not required.
