Transparent Hiring GmbH is seeking an HR Assistant Intern to support recruitment and candidate consulting activities. This role focuses on helping IT specialists secure new job opportunities and build careers in Germany. The position provides full training, mentorship, and direct collaboration with founders and senior recruiters. Following the six-month internship, a performance evaluation will determine the potential for a long-term role.
What you'll do#
- Search and apply for IT job vacancies on job boards and professional platforms.
- Assist in creating and editing CVs and cover letters for clients.
- Send outreach messages to potential employers on behalf of clients.
- Prepare simple progress reports on client job applications.
- Conduct basic research on companies and job openings based on client criteria.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
What you'll need#
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and solid research habits.
- Basic understanding of the IT landscape.
- Comfort working with job boards and Google Docs.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
- Enrollment or background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Marketing is preferred.
Location & details#
- Modality: 100% remote within EMEA (CET or within ±3 hours).
- Term: Full-time, 6-month duration, rolling start.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.
