This internship provides an opportunity to gain experience within the Global Broking division of TP ICAP. Interns will be embedded on active trading desks to learn about financial, energy, and commodities markets. This is a full-time, paid summer 2026 position based on-site in New York.
What you'll do#
- Shadow brokers during live trade execution to observe institutional price discovery.
- Practice using student Bloomberg terminals to build fluency with market data and trading tools.
- Explore various functions across the firm, including operations, compliance, and post-trade services.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Communications.
- Authorization to work in the United States. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take initiative.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
