Student Ambassadors represent Boyce College and the Office of Admissions to prospective students, families, and visitors. This role supports the college's recruiting efforts by sharing personal experiences and articulating the value of a Boyce education. Ambassadors work directly with the Admissions team to engage future students and support the broader success of the college.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Admissions office in engaging prospective students.
- Host campus visits and lead campus tours.
- Attend recruiting events and perform administrative tasks, including data entry, phone calls, and writing correspondence.
- Attend at least 75% of weekly Ambassador meetings.
- Participate in at least four call nights per semester.
- Support Boyce Preview and Be a Bulldog Day as a host, including attending required training sessions.
- Attend at least two off-campus recruiting events each semester.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Boyce College in good academic standing.
- Strong character, maturity, and reliability.
- A servanthood mentality and a commitment to the mission of Boyce College.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage time.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Location & details#
- Location: Louisville, Kentucky.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Availability: Must be available to work at least one day per week (10:30 am – 2:30 pm), excluding Wednesdays.
- Training: Attendance is required at one Saturday training session at the beginning of each semester.
