E-Commerce Working Student (gn)

About the role#

As an E-Commerce Working Student, you will support our team with daily operations within our Shopify environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in D2C e-commerce while contributing to the development of our customer journey. You will work in a remote setting and collaborate across various internal departments.

What you'll do#

• Manage and update product pages, landing pages, campaign content, and general shop content.
• Optimize product detail pages, collections, and conversion-relevant areas of the site.
• Test new features, campaigns, and shop adjustments to ensure high quality.
• Analyze shop data and prepare actionable insights for the team.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, CRM, brand, and tech teams.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Marketing, or a comparable field.
• Practical experience in e-commerce.
• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable approach to work.
• Proficiency in German and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience using modern tools and AI applications in a professional setting.
