About the role#
The Membership Development Intern will support the global Membership team at the New York City headquarters. This role focuses on the growth and development of an international portfolio of independent luxury hotels. You will work within a cross-functional environment to assist with the admissions process and strategic development initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the hotel membership admissions process.
- Contribute to membership development strategy and lead generation.
- Create marketing materials for membership development.
- Conduct research on prospective hotels and broader market trends.
- Manage the tracking of incoming hotel leads and maintain the qualified prospect pipeline.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluency in written and spoken business English.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of the hotel market, with a focus on the luxury segment.
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or International Relations.
