The Gray Insurance Company is offering a full-time, paid summer internship for students interested in the insurance industry. This program provides hands-on experience and exposure to various departments, including Underwriting, Claims, and Safety.
What you'll do#
- Assist with projects and tasks across multiple departments.
- Shadow team members to learn about day-to-day operations.
- Conduct research and analysis to support department-specific initiatives.
- Prepare and organize reports, documents, and presentations.
- Assist in developing process improvements and recommendations.
- Participate in team meetings, company-wide events, and training sessions.
- Provide general administrative support.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be on track to graduate in Summer 2025 or later.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in the insurance industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative, self-motivated, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
