2026 Corporate STARs Analyst

About the role#

The Corporate STARs (Strengthening Talent for Accelerated Results) Program is a full-time, entry-level training opportunity designed for recent graduates. The program begins in August and focuses on developing the tools and skills necessary for a career in banking. Participants are introduced to company leadership, assigned mentors, and collaborate with past program participants. The program involves intensive training, classroom sessions, and self-study projects, eventually leading to deployment into a specific line of business.

What you'll do#

• Learn banking fundamentals, including financial statement analysis, credit analysis, and commercial banking basics.
• Apply learning through individual assignments and group exercises.
• Complete training assignments, including case studies, verbal presentations, written reports, online assessments, and milestone tests.
• Exhibit professionalism by attending all meetings and submitting reports in a timely manner.
• Remain coachable and dedicated to continuous learning throughout the program.

What you'll need#

• An earned BBA, BA, BS, or master’s degree in finance or accounting from an accredited institution.
• Completion of at least 9 hours of accounting and 6 hours of finance.
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 (a transcript is required for confirmation).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal partners in credit, documentation, sales, and compliance.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
