    About the role#

    Terumo Medical Corporation is seeking an L&D Industrial Engineer Intern for the Summer 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Somerset, New Jersey.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist in the design and development of training programs.
    • Analyze training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
    • Support project management activities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with engineering software and tools.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
