About the role#
The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Cause Marketing Fellow to support the day-to-day operations of the Cause Marketing team. This is a full-time, temporary position that runs through Summer 2026 and Fall 2026, concluding on May 21, 2027. The fellow will work across departments and build relationships both inside and outside the organization while participating in professional development opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Execute Titans Cause Marketing event activations, including marketing, promotion, staffing, event day coordination, and fan giveaways.
- Support football development initiatives such as Coach of the Week, Girls Flag Football, NFL FLAG, and High School Football Recruiting Fair.
- Manage administrative tasks for Titans Legends, including newsletters, database management, and gift fulfillment.
- Track event data to generate impact reporting, post-event recaps, and performance metrics.
- Analyze league trends and best practices to support program development and community engagement.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Public Health.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently as a proactive self-starter.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

- This is an on-site position based in Nashville, Tennessee.
- The role is a paid, full-time fellowship.
