This is a full-time, paid Engineering Co-Op position within the Research & Development department at Teleflex. This role is based on-site in Maple Grove, Minnesota, for the Summer 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design and development of new medical equipment products.
- Conduct experiments and gather data for analysis.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations to support project findings.
- Support the R&D team with various engineering tasks.
- Participate in project planning and execution.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Biomedical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CAD software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles.
