About the role#
The Digital Marketing & Branding Intern will support the Marketing team by creating content that strengthens the company brand and online presence. This position provides hands-on experience in social media management, graphic design, video editing, and employer branding while working alongside marketing professionals. This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Create and publish engaging content across social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Support day-to-day social media activities by drafting posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.
- Design digital marketing assets such as social graphics, flyers, banners, and presentation materials.
- Assist with editing short-form videos, employee spotlights, and recruiting content.
- Help organize and maintain digital marketing assets, templates, and content libraries.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Recruiting teams to develop messaging for various audiences.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and learning opportunities to gain exposure to marketing strategy.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or Media Studies.
- Creative and organized mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Practical experience with social media platforms.
- Proficiency in designing digital marketing assets.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Familiarity with content management practices.
