TekSynap Internship - Digital Marketing & Branding

About the role#

The Digital Marketing & Branding Intern will support the Marketing team by creating content that strengthens the company brand and online presence. This position provides hands-on experience in social media management, graphic design, video editing, and employer branding while working alongside marketing professionals. This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity.

What you'll do#

• Create and publish engaging content across social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Support day-to-day social media activities by drafting posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.
• Design digital marketing assets such as social graphics, flyers, banners, and presentation materials.
• Assist with editing short-form videos, employee spotlights, and recruiting content.
• Help organize and maintain digital marketing assets, templates, and content libraries.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Recruiting teams to develop messaging for various audiences.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and learning opportunities to gain exposure to marketing strategy.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or Media Studies.
• Creative and organized mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Practical experience with social media platforms.
• Proficiency in designing digital marketing assets.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Familiarity with content management practices.
