MBA Venture Launch Intern

About the role#

As an MBA Venture Launch Intern, you will work directly with the TechNexus core team during the foundational "0 to 1" build phase of a new business. This is a strategic role focused on market validation, business model development, and the early-stage creation of a disruptive company. You will contribute to defining the venture's value proposition and strategic direction.

What you'll do#

• Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research with prospective customers and industry stakeholders to identify pain points, unmet needs, and validate potential solutions.
• Assist in developing foundational components of new business plans, including identifying target markets, defining value propositions, and outlining initial revenue models and cost structures.
• Perform market sizing, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to assess market attractiveness and viability of new concepts.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, such as AI and automation platforms, to enhance a venture's operational efficiency and competitive posture.
• Synthesize research findings and strategic recommendations into clear, concise, and compelling presentations and internal documents for stakeholders.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a strong academic record.
• Demonstrated interest in venture creation, entrepreneurship, and disruptive business models.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Excellent research, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in presentation software and data analysis tools.
