Commercial | Supply Chain Analyst Intern

About the role#

The Commercial | Supply Chain Analyst Intern program offers hands-on experience across various business functions, including Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, and Sales. This is a one-month internship beginning July 27, 2026, designed for students interested in a non-traditional commercial track.

What you'll do#

• Assist in maintaining vendor records and ensure data accuracy across internal systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to create promotional content, including newsletters, one-pagers, and LinkedIn materials.
• Support the Public Sector Business Development team by identifying vendor and reseller partners and assisting with strategic event coordination.
• Manage vendor onboarding, quote creation, and special pricing requests to support product lifecycle management.
• Generate quotes and track orders for federal and public sector clients while acting as a liaison between vendors and internal teams.
• Analyze business processes and operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a college student (rising junior or above).
• Major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Communications, International Relations, Public Health, or Operations Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the one-month program.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Locations: Greenville, South Carolina, and Clearwater, Florida.
