SwiftX is seeking a Client Solutions Intern to join the Sales department for the Summer 2026 term. This on-site, full-time position offers exposure to account management, strategic problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration within the transportation and logistics industry.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily client inquiries and troubleshoot issues to maintain high satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze account performance metrics to support business reviews.
- Research client industries to identify and pitch growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to communicate feedback and ensure seamless delivery.
- Complete and present a capstone project focused on optimizing client onboarding or retention processes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in data analysis, specifically Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and SQL.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing roadblocks.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is a strong plus.

- Compensation & Benefits: $18-$19/hr, 7 PTO days, 5 paid sick leave days, 6 paid holidays, 401K, and medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance.
