As a Junior Technical Analyst, you will transform raw data into actionable insights to support leadership decision-making. You will work on developing dashboards, maintaining scorecards, and supporting strategic reporting initiatives across the organization. This position is available for students with a graduation date of August 2027 or later.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain analytics dashboards to track operational performance.
- Deliver recurring reports, including performance metrics and client scorecards.
- Build ad hoc analytics solutions for various business needs, such as workforce forecasting and performance tracking.
- Support compliance initiatives through Excel and Power Query development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reports and ensure business alignment.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current student in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency with Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Strong Excel skills, including formula development and data manipulation.
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Quick learner eager to develop technical expertise in analytics and business intelligence.
- For roles based in Quebec, bilingualism in French and English (oral and written) is required.
