About the role#
This role supports the AI Enablement & Acceleration team at Sun Life. You will work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business transformation to help drive the adoption and scaling of artificial intelligence across the organization. This position offers hands-on experience supporting key strategic priorities while working alongside leaders in technology, innovation, and data.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic initiatives, planning activities, workshops, and leadership discussions focused on AI and technology transformation.
- Develop presentations, briefing materials, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and report on adoption, usage, and business outcome metrics.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by helping manage timelines, dependencies, stakeholder updates, and key deliverables.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor advancements, and the evolving AI landscape to provide insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise insights.
- A strong interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, innovation, and business transformation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
