The Customer Happiness Summer Intern supports the team during the peak season by managing day-to-day customer interactions. This role focuses on building community, driving engagement, and ensuring that customer feedback is captured and addressed to improve overall service and product quality.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on Facebook and Instagram in a timely manner.
- Communicate with social media followers, answer questions, and monitor customer reviews.
- Handle customer complaints and report consistent issues regarding website functionality, products, or service to management.
- Assist the team in documenting trends and patterns in customer experiences to develop creative solutions.
- Ensure internal processes are organized and administered effectively.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for social media messaging.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms, Google Suite, and general communication applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and learn quickly.
