Growth Marketing Intern

About the role#

This is a hands-on growth internship within the marketing team. You will work directly with the team building and scaling the platform, gaining exposure to content strategy, distribution, data analysis, and the creator program. You will participate in strategy meetings and contribute your perspective as a student to help shape marketing efforts.

What you'll do#

• Support the internal content creator and influencer program, including onboarding, tracking submissions, and communicating with creators.
• Monitor and report on content performance across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Research and identify new creators, partnerships, and campus growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain campaign tracking spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Support the campus ambassador program through outreach and coordination.
• Participate in marketing videos and provide support to the content team.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program, with preference for rising juniors or seniors.
• Genuine interest in growth, marketing, or the creator economy.
• Ability to work comfortably with data and spreadsheets.
• Strong, clear, and direct written communication skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Bonus qualifications include experience running social accounts, managing creator programs, or leading campus organizations, as well as familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, Canva, or Google Analytics.

• Location: Los Angeles, California (Beverly Hills office).
• Term: Summer 2026.
• Modality: On-site, full-time.
• Compensation: Paid at $25/hour.
