Marketing & Operations Intern

About the role#

As a Marketing & Operations Intern in Orlando, you will join a small team to support community engagement, business operations, and marketing initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to the daily functions of a sports and community-based business, helping you build skills in player communication, event coordination, and sports marketing.

What you'll do#

• Serve on the front lines of the customer experience by hosting football sessions on-ground each week.
• Coordinate and execute daily business tasks, including social media management, marketing initiatives, event planning, and player outreach.
• Engage directly with players and partners to build and grow the local football community.

What you'll need#

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, Business Administration, Public Health, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An enthusiastic, organized, and eager-to-learn mindset.
• A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
• A passion for football is considered a significant plus.
