How to get in at StoryCorps
Intern Insider's per-company playbook.
Securing an internship at StoryCorps requires persistence because the organization receives many inquiries. Since early applicants are often reviewed before the pile grows, Intern Insider sends an instant alert the moment a role matching your target is published anywhere, helping you apply among the first. This timing often makes a difference in whether your materials are read thoroughly.
Beyond timing, you can improve your chances by connecting with the right people. Intern Insider surfaces the recruiters behind the company's roles so you can reach out directly to ask about the role or a referral. This direct approach materially improves response rates compared to submitting a cold application through a general portal.
