Intern- Digital Content

About the role#

The Product Content Intern supports content operations and digital experience initiatives for stjude.org. You will gain hands-on experience managing and optimizing website content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) while working alongside content strategists, UX designers, product managers, and developers to maintain digital content that advances the organizational mission.

What you'll do#

• Assist with writing, editing, publishing, and updating website content in AEM.
• Review content for accuracy, accessibility, brand consistency, and quality standards.
• Support content audits, governance, tagging, and digital asset management efforts.
• Assist with content testing, quality assurance, and page validation.
• Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile team meetings to contribute to digital experience improvements.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, UX, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in content strategy, digital products, UX writing, and user experience.
• Preferred experience includes creating digital content through coursework or projects, familiarity with CMS platforms (AEM preferred), Figma, analytics tools, or AI-assisted content tools, and a basic understanding of SEO and accessibility best practices.
