About the role#
The Accounting & FP&A Intern supports strategic projects by assisting with planning, execution, and monitoring processes across various departments. This role focuses on leveraging analytical skills to perform research and data analysis to inform business decisions. Interns will engage in team collaborations and professional development activities to gain industry knowledge and contribute to operational efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the planning and execution of strategic project milestones.
- Conduct research and analyze data to synthesize findings into reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Evaluate current processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
- Draft clear internal communications, including memos and executive summaries, to support cross-departmental collaboration.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for addressing business challenges.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven capacity for managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
