About the role#

The Human Resources Co-op position at Spirit of Math Schools Inc. offers hands-on experience across core HR functions. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our headquarters in North York, Ontario. The position is designed for a student who is detail-oriented, professional, and eager to contribute to HR operations in an education administration environment.

What you'll do#

• Support HR operations, including recruitment coordination and onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Manage HR records to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance.
• Assist with the coordination of interviews and candidate communications.
• Provide timely support and follow-up on employee inquiries and HR processes.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources from a recognized college or university.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
