    About the role#

    This internship provides students with agency experience, hands-on creative work, and insight into how projects move from brief to execution. The program runs from June 15th to July 30th, 2026, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm (maximum 38 hours per week). Tracks are available for Jr Art Director, Jr Copywriter, Jr Designer, Jr Coordinator, and Jr Creative Technologist.

    What you'll do#

    • Work on a live client project under supervision.
    • Perform creative work daily alongside the team.
    • Participate in weekly in-person mentorship with Founder & ECD Aaron Duffy.
    • Engage in weekly shadowing (1 hour per week) across the Creative, Strategy, Account, and Ops departments.
    • Deliver an end-of-program presentation across the company's suite of businesses.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in school (recent graduates are not eligible).
    • Eligibility to receive academic credit for the internship.
    • A portfolio of work (student work is welcome; Coordinator applicants may submit a cover letter instead).
    • A personal laptop.

    • Location: Brooklyn, New York (Hybrid: remote work with weekly in-person office days).
    • Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.
