About the role#
SpaceX is seeking a temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support the Intern Program team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for intern candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will contribute to the success of the program by managing scheduling logistics and assisting with outreach projects.
What you'll do#
- Schedule high volumes of intern candidate phone screens across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate interviews with speed and accuracy to ensure candidates and hiring managers are prepared.
- Provide regular status updates to hiring teams and recruiting leadership.
- Assist the Intern Program and University Outreach team with special projects.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least 6 months of professional experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities in a team environment.
Location & details#
- This is a 6-month temporary position based in Hawthorne, California.
- This role is 100% on-site and requires standard business hours.
