Sodales Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst intern to join our Delivery team. This role focuses on supporting Customer Success Managers, analyzing product adoption, and tracking key metrics to drive customer satisfaction and account growth.
What you'll do#
- Support Customer Success Managers in managing ongoing account activities and relationships.
- Monitor customer health metrics, engagement levels, and product adoption trends.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate needs to Product and Delivery teams.
- Track success metrics including retention, renewals, and adoption.
- Assist in preparing business reviews, account summaries, and success plans.
- Develop customer-facing materials, such as training guides and onboarding documentation.
- Manage customer inquiries, escalations, and follow-up activities.
- Support customer outreach campaigns and retention initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related discipline, ideally entering your 4th year.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer experience and technology solutions.
- Preferred: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot), familiarity with SaaS business models, knowledge of customer success metrics, or exposure to SAP and enterprise software environments.
