The Legal Intern will support the Legal Department with contract management, document review, and corporate governance activities. This position provides exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial agreements and legal operations within the medical device industry.
What you'll do#
- Draft commercial agreements, including Data Use Agreements (DUA), Healthcare Professional Agreements (HCP), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
- Participate in corporate negotiations with vendors, distributors, resellers, and collaborators.
- Redline and review incoming third-party agreements to identify key issues for attorney review.
- Classify, organize, and maintain legal documents and agreements within the company repository to ensure version control.
- Review and summarize internal corporate governance records.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university or law school.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Political Science, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A demonstrated interest in corporate, transactional, or healthcare law.
