About the role#
This internship offers exposure to the operations of a digital direct-to-consumer business across merchandising, marketing, planning, and creative briefing. You will support the growth of the NARS and Drunk Elephant eCommerce platforms while ensuring the stability and functionality of both digital flagships.
What you'll do#
- Support daily marketing and operations for Narscosmetics.com and Drunkelephant.com to help meet sales targets.
- Perform daily quality assurance on the websites, logging bugs and escalating issues.
- Partner with the Associate Manager, eCommerce to brief, configure, and QA promotions, gifts with purchase, and on-site content.
- Conduct weekly inventory checks to monitor upcoming launches and promotions.
- Benchmark the digital landscape and identify opportunities to report findings and propose solutions to cross-functional teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising Junior or Senior in a bachelor’s degree program, specifically in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across functions.
- An interest in the beauty industry and digital trends.
- Prior beauty or eCommerce internship experience is preferred.

- Location: New York, NY (Manhattan office).
- Term: Summer/Fall 2026 (August through December).
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
