About the role#
As a Customer Growth Program Intern, you will bridge the gap between supporting existing customers and driving business growth. You will gain hands-on experience in the customer lifecycle, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and process improvement. This role is a part-time internship for the Fall 2026 term, running from September 7th to December 4, 2026.
What you'll do#
- Ensure SentinelOne is portrayed in an authentic and positive way as an ethical provider of security solutions.
- Collaborate with the Community and Growth team to support customer success and assist the broader Customer Success organization.
- Help develop, implement, and deploy growth campaigns.
- Analyze customer data, including usage patterns, adoption trends, and health scores, to identify risks and opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support upsell initiatives and adoption metrics.
- Identify growth opportunities related to upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
- Assist in revamping the customer lifecycle journey, including new adoption and growth triggers.
- Ensure project contributions meet standards for documentation quality, usability, and utility.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time, degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Data Science.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a team player while acting as a self-starter.
- Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment and adjust priorities on the fly.
- Confidence to articulate the company mission, products, and business opportunities.
